In Juban Crossing, the retail district itself will be more than 1,200,000 square feet. Featuring anchor tenants and specialty stores in an open-air environment flanked by professional offices and upscale residences, it will be a true regional destination for shopping, dining and entertainment. Its groundbreaking is slated for summer 2007 with the first stores opening in 2008.
At 471 acres, Juban Crossing will be the largest mixed-use community in the region and a cornerstone of the rapid growth along the Interstate 12 corridor. Juban Crossing will have more than one mile of I-12 frontage at the new Juban Road interchange, where the daily traffic count exceeds 115,000.
