Creekstone Capital is the development arm of Creekstone Companies. It was formed to acquire and warehouse raw land and develop it into single family homes, condos, apartments and retail.
Several Creekstone Capital development projects are underway. The Reserve at Silber in Houston is a mixed-use complex at the intersection of I-10 and 610. A development in Panama City, Florida, consists of three tracts slated to become high-end, single-family and condo projects. Outside Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in Livingston Parish, Juban Crossing will be a 471-acre New Urbanist community of commercial, retail and residential districts.
