Creekstone Companies focuses primarily on acquiring Class A & B retail, single-tenant and multi-tenant buildings with a value of $20 - $100 million and Class A & B multifamily properties of 200 units or greater - in primary and secondary markets nationwide. The properties will have a minimum of 85 percent occupancy, unless they are in initial lease-up, with a strong focus on sale lease back opportunities. Although, each asset is singular in it's potential return on investment, Creekstone Companies will hold the properties for five to seven years and then evaluate the most profitable exit strategy.
